How to measure your seated and standing desk
How to Measure Your Seated Height:
Sit and measure from the floor to your 90° bent elbow. If your seated height is below 25.3″, we recommend choosing the V2-Commercial desk frame.
How to Measure Your Standing Height
Stand and measure from the floor to your 90° bent elbow. If your standing height is above 48.7″, we recommend choosing the V2 desk frame. If you’re using a treadmill or motion board, factor that into your height.
Shipping policy
We ship all orders from our warehouse based in Birmingham. Orders for in-stock items placed before 12pm each day are processed and shipped the same day, excluding weekends and public holidays. After 12pm, orders will be shipped on the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will only be shipped on Monday morning. Please allow 3-5 business days for dispatch during peak sales periods.
Tracking information is provided for all deliveries. Once your order has shipped tracking details will be sent via email and/or SMS if you have provided your mobile number

Delivery Costs
We offer Free shipping on all of products you are ordering. Please note that if you are ordering from Ireland, additional charge of £100 for shipping each item.
Which courier do we use?
We have multiple shipping partners which include DPD for normal parcels and DHL for oversized parcels such as desktops. Please note that each item will be shipped separately, therefore, you might receive your items in separate days.
Choosing the date of delivery?
Now we do not offer specific day of delivery. However, we are constantly working on improving our services so hopefully one day we will be able to offer that service.
Estimated time of arrival?
For all stock orders we aim to deliver the goods within 7 working days, however delivery is often quicker. We will undertake to use reasonable endeavors to dispatch the Goods within this timescale but we cannot guarantee to do so. Not all products shown on the website are held in stock, so delivery time of these goods may vary.
We use a reputable national courier service to send out all of our boxed delivery items. Ensure you sign for all goods as unchecked so that if in the unlikely event something is damaged, claims can be made from the couriers. Please note deliveries by our couriers can only be left at your front door, reception or goods inwards.
It is your responsibility to carefully check that all items have been delivered in the correct quantity and to the required specification. Any errors, omissions or damage to items must be notified in writing, within 24 hours of receipt of your delivery, or by the end of the next working day. Any damages, errors or omissions notified to us after this period will not be considered.
What happens if my product is damaged in transit?
All products leave our warehouse well packaged, in perfect condition and this is how they should arrive to you! We hope it doesn’t happen but in the unlikely event that an item gets damaged in transit or part of a delivery is missing please notify us via the Contact page or email help@flimba.co.uk directly within 2 business days of receiving your order.
Please provide your order details and a clear photo or video of the relevant damage so we can organise a replacement part or product as quickly as possible and lodge a claim with the shipping carrier.
I have not received my order; it appears to be late?
We understand that delays are frustrating, so thank you for your patience! Please check the tracking information you have been sent for your delivery in case there is a tracking update or notification of an attempted delivery, issue with the delivery address or the parcel has been taken to a parcel collection point.
If your order is more than 3 business days late based on our delivery estimates please contact us and provide your name, order number and date of order and we will contact the freight carrier directly.

We use high quality when manufacturing our standing desk, therefore, we are confident that our desks offer best in class stability. It is inevitable that All height desks will experience some small instability/wobble when raised above a seated height and this is simply due to manufacturing tolerances that create space between the expanding parts of the legs. The real question is how well a desk is built to minimise this- we are confident that our desks will exceed your expectation for stability.
The Flimba Pro standing desk can lift to 130KG max capacity. Which is considered one of the highest in the market.

All orders will receive an email confirmation after the order has been processed. A copy of your invoice will be attached for your records. Please click the link on your order to downland the PDF.
Your tracking details will be sent via email and SMS if you have provided your mobile number. As soon your order has been packed and displaced from our Wearhouse you will receive an email with your tracking information. This tracking information will be updated as soon as parcel receives the initial scans by our couriers and then you can track your parcels progress online.
We make every effort to process changes to a submitted order on request. However, we begin processing your order straight away and due to order volumes and courier collections throughout the day this involves several steps that may make changing your order not possible.

More likely than not, resetting the control box will do the trick. A reset is a simple process that takes less than a minute and will fix the majority of desk errors. Full desk reset instructions can be found in the instruction manual that came with your desk or online in the Specifications tab on the specific product page.

Our heights adjustable comes with an easy-to-follow instruction manual and step by step assembly instructions. These can also be downloaded as an online resource in the Specification tab on each product page.

You will need a Philips head screwdriver, but otherwise assembly of our desks are tool free. Each desk comes with any necessary tools to assembly the desk and our desktops come with threaded screw inserts or pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick and easy as possible.
Assembly will take as little as 30 minutes for our two leg desks and all desktops we supply come with threaded screw inserts or pre-drilled holes to make assembly as quick as possible.
